We have had completely different experiences in the different cities/regions: met some of the sweetest, honest people in Phu Quoc island, Hoi An and Hanoii, and some of the most conning ones in Ho Chi Minh and Nha Trang.
Would love to make it to Sapa region one day!
It's really beautiful!! I know what you mean. I guess it's like anywhere - some areas are fully of lovely helpful poeple and some places have just got assholes. xx
Thank you! :) I have love-hate relationship with my travels to Vietnam but def only love for their food!
Why the love hate? We have only been once, up in the North. Had an awesome time, particularly in Hanoi and Sapa. Next time we'll head down south.
