TUMEH KARENG BOH TRUENG ASAM SUNTI (RESEP)
Bahan:
200 gr terong telunjuk, potong sesuai selera. 100 gr teri kering, bersihkan kepalanya, cuci, tiriskan. 1 tangkai daun kari
2 siung bawang merah, iris halus
6 buah cabe hijau, potong-potong
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis
Garam secukupnya
150ml air
Bumbu halus:
3 siung bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
6 buah cabe merah
1 sdt ketumbar
7-8 buah asam sunti, cuci 2 ruas kunyit
Cara: Panaskan minyak, masukkan bumbu halus, daun kari,
aduk rata dan masukkan terong bersamaan dengan teri. Masukkan air, Aduk hingga harum. masukkan garam, cabe hijau dan bawang merah iris. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan air menyusut. Happy
