Sunday's delicious food- homemade chicken satay at home. Typical flavor of peanut seasoning
How to Make Chicken Peanut Sate :
{our recipe}
- Chicken broiler age 30 days. with live weight between 1.5 - 2.0 kg
- Chickens washed clean, after that in guliti, we just take the meat, boneless, (I wear chicken breast)
- After that, we cut the chicken meat of the size of the dice (but jgn too big and not too small) then the meat is pierced into the satay sticks, (if I 1 skewer 5 pieces of meat). note the picture below
- After all the chicken meat is cut and ready to stick on the skewer
After everything is done, we will make the chicken peanut sate recipe
But before we get into a cooking show. Before that prepare the first equipment, as follows :
- 150 grams of peanut
- 5 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 orange juice
- Pecan, red chili and garlic to taste
- 500 grams of chicken meat
Penaut seasoning recipes :
- Blend the beans with a blender or you can make it manually by hand
- sauteed garlic mixture, red chilli and hazelnut, then puree with blender.
- Well, after the bean dough so, input the dough into a pan filled with water, then cook with a smooth stir until the dough thickened evenly.
- mix the sweet soy sauce with margarine, then mix well. Once mixed, apply the spice to the meat cuts until smooth.
After the meat is finished, the next step is baking process by way of grilled sate by using grill satay until cooked and then lift.
Put the cooked sate on the plate and then sprinkle with peanut sauce that has been processed before, then serve with sliced fried onions for extra.
