#1 Fruit For Fat Loss (great snack)

Want to know one of my best fat burning fruits, you
can eat on their own or add to smoothies?

Reason i love this fruit is it's amazing low glycemic index
being only 22, which helps fighy belly fat.

This means how fast your body turns the food into (glucose) sugars.

They are great for us steemit users to keep our energy boosted
for writing great blogs and recording great videos.

I usually have a handful of them, and each have a little stone
in the middle... Have you guessed them yet?

If you haven't already guessed, it's Cherries... These little gems
will become another weapon to combat body fat.

Just remember that fruit juices are NOT the same though... Whole
fruit has fibre so it's NOT a sudden sugar spike compared to juice.

I like mixing cherries & berries with my plain yoghurt which always
tastes good...

Plus it keeps you more full throughout the day with the protein
release from the yoghurt too.
