Nastar

Ingredients

  • 250 gr wheat flour
  • 125 gr mazeina
  • 75 gr milk fullcream powder
  • 200gr butter
  • 50gr blueband
  • 90gr of refined sugar

Substance

  • 10 grams of pineapple dough ready to be rolled (before entering the refrigerator)
  • 1sdt butter
  • 3 egg yolks, shake it off
  • Liquid milk to taste

Mix nastar dough with butter stirring with a small spoon until blended .. then mix to the egg, stir until smooth, if the dough is too thick, add a little liquid milk until the thickness

How to make

  • shake pake mixer until soft then enter 3 egg yolks
  • enter one by one until blended. Turn off mixer
  • then mix into the flour stir using a spatula until smooth.
  • pack the dough with clingwrap put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes (the goal is to make the dough lbh easily formed)
  • then after 30 minutes, print and shape according to taste
  • bake 140 degrees for 20 minutes, then remove and smear .. then bake again for 10 minutes (until cooked)
