Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 100 grams of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of emulsifier
- 100 grams of medium protein flour
- 30 grams of powdered chocolate
- ½ teaspoon of bawking powder
- 30 grams of cooking oil
- 50 ml of liquid milk
- ½ teaspoon of chocolate pasta
Cupcake Contents Ingredients:
- 75 grams of dark cherry jam
Cupcake Decoration Ingredients:
- 100 grams of chocolate buttercream
- 10 gr springkle
How to Make a Cupcake:
Cake: beat eggs, sugar, salt, and emulsifier until it expands. Enter flour, powdered chocolate and baking powder while sifting and stirring evenly.
Add a mixture of cooking oil, liquid milk and chocolate paste a little while stirring slowly.
Pour in a short wide muffin cup that is placed in a golden paper cup.
Steam 12 minutes over medium heat until cooked.
Cut the cake off.
Apply dark cherry jam, pinch the cake again.
Top it with buttercream and sprinkle springlkle
