Róbalo a la Pamplona

Una receta de origen Vasco que quisiera compartir con ustedes, es el primer video que subo y consideré que sería muy especial, ojalá lo intenten en casa es muy sencilla y rápida. Intentalo! Buen provecho

Ingredientes:

1 filete de Róbalo - puede ser cualquier pescado blanco con piel
50 gr Mejillones
1 barra de mantequilla
7 gr de cebollín
1 chorizo de pamplona
1/2 cebolla
1 papa

English

1 fillet Róbalo fish or any white fish
50 gr Mussels
1 butter bar
7 gr de chives
1 Sausage of Pamplona
1/2 Onion
1 Potatoe
