[Ingredients]
Flour 200g, boiling water 100g, meat filling 150g
[Steps]
1.Pour boiling water into the flour and make it a dough. Cut the dough into little ones and roll them into thin dumpling wrappers.
2.Roll up the two sides of the skin as shown in the picture, leaving the small side uncoiled.
3.Turn the dough over and put the filling on it.
4.Wrap the filling and pinch the two straight edges.
5.The uncoiled face is made into eyes.
6.Pinch out the pattern of wings.
7.Turn over two wings.
8.Get dumplings cooked in steamer.
