Hello my fello steemians again! Today I'll let you know the best dish of the country in my opinion! And of course, it's from my city! This is a tipical dish of north of the country, altough some other citys try to copy, without much success.
There are some recepies but the secret is still kept by the ones who make it in the best restaurants of the city.
Here I'll let you one of the recepy for you to try, if you want. If you need some help, just ask. Will be a pleasure to help. Hope you like.

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread
8 slices of cheese
2 beef steaks
2 frankfurt sausages
2 pork sausages
2 slices of ham
Some salt and pepper
For the sauce:
1 onion
4 dl of beer
3 soup spoons of tomato pulp
0,5 dl of brandy
0,5 dl of O'porto Wine
1 soup spoon of margarine
1 soup spoon of maize flour
1 cube of broth
1 bay leaf
Salt and piri piri q.b.
