Great idea for a post! In this way the person is totally immersed in the eating! Thus, you get all sorts of tastes and pleasures! In fact, at this point, people are as immersed in the "here and now"! I practice a state of total immersion in anything every day, and eating one of these cases! So I eat small amount of food and experiencing the full range of flavors and fun! 
@rawmiss true that!!! It is worted to try that kind of experience! Once I had same group eating "blind dinner" twice in a week, just because they loved it))
because it was a cool experience, I understand them!
