first meal of the day
had to think fast today..lots of errands i have to fix but of course i can't leave the house without some kind of protein fix. ..getting ready to train also for tonight....so i went straight to semi health yet effective....and came up with this....
this is my :
messy sandwich, crispy, tuna, pesto, chili with bacon and Parmesan...
