Vegetable fritters
Good evening,
this evening I would like to show you vegetable fritters.
These fritters are made out of poatoe, mostly sweet potato.
Add other ingredients like mozzarella, zucchini, salt, corn, onion, flour, parsley and eggs to them.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add a little oil and gently roast them for about 5 minutes.
To add something special, create a leek bed and spice it with pepper.
You can add corn or pepper to it, if you like.
