Ingredients
4-5 Tbsp of oil
1 bowl of cleaved onions
2 Tbsp ginger garlic glue
300 gm of boneless sheep
1 tsp red bean stew powder
1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cooked coriander
1/2 cumin powder
1 bowl of cleaved tomatoes
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp garam masala
3 tsp cleaved coriander
1 bowl of Salli/fine potato shreds
Salt to taste
Method:-
Stage 1
Warmth the oil in a container and add onions to it. Sear till they turn brilliant darker.
Stage 2
Include ginger-garlic glue, boneless chicken, red bean stew powder and turmeric powder. Blend it well.
Stage 3
Presently blend in the cooked coriander powder, cumin powder took after by tomatoes and mix once more.
Stage 4
Include a little sugar and vinegar. Include garam masala and salt, blend well
Stage 5
Decrease the fire and cover till cooked for around 15-20 minutes.
Stage 6
Include hacked coriander and give it a last mix.
Stage 7
Embellishment it with more coriander leaves and best it up with bunches of Salli (potato strips).
