Why I love Turkey #1 - Turkish Dessert

In the busy, narrow old streets of Istanbul, and beside the glorious blue Bosphorus, a famous dessert place called Hafiz Mustafa serves this wonderful savoury chocolate pudding dessert that tastes like heaven. The picture says it all.

Of course, Hafiz Mustapha is filled with so many different types of dessert that you can't help but drool when you first walk into the store. Being the greedy gluttonous me, I also bought this:

... which is basically sweet cocoa with melted cheese on the inside (and the green stuff on top is pistachio)
