How to cook brittle soybeans
This morning I made brittle soybeans because my husband had to eat the crispy one and my husband was very fond of the name brittle soybeans because in my neighborhood it was very difficult to get. • 2 cm kencur (kaempferia galanga)
• 1 spoonful of coriander
• coconut milk
• salt
• Powder broth
Step to make it
• Prepare the ingredients
• Puree seasoning, garlic, pecan, kencur, set aside
• In the egg shake container, add the fine seasoning, rice flour, tapioca flour, salt, powder broth, add the coconut milk little by little until evenly mixed, until the desired dilution.
• Take 1 spoonful of vegetable, sprinkle with soybeans, then pour it on the edge of the pan, fry until done, remove the drain
