Fried tofu is the most sought-after food when breaking the fast. I use tofu with this filling as a side dish ready to fry when breaking the fast or suhoor ramadan. Before we fill it out with the contents and make flour mixture then store it in the refrigerator, when you want to consume it, just stay fried with flour dipping.
Ingredients
• 20 fried tofu
Material contents
• 2 carrots (cut into boxes)
• 2 potatoes (cut into boxes)
• 2 stems Leeks (thinly sliced)
• 5 shallots
• 4 garlic fruit
• 1 tsp pepper powder
• Sugar
• Salt
Dyeing material:
• 1 ounce of flour
• 2 tablespoons of rice flour
Step to make it
• Prepare all ingredients
• Blend the shallots and garlic for filling and saute until cooked.
• Then add carrots and potatoes. add water, add the onion leaves.
• Add pepper powder, sugar and salt, stir until smooth and water absorbs. Set it aside.
• Then fill the tofu with filling material.
• Mix flour and rice flour, salt and water. Then dip the tofu into the flour mixture.
• Fry until cooked.
• Serve warm with chili sauce.
