MUTTON CURRY WITH VEGETABLE
Ingredients:
-1 kg mutton,cut according to taste then salt and lime juice
-300 grams vegetable marrow,cut according to taste.
-200 grams smooth toasted coconut
-1 liter coconut milk
-5 sheets of curry leaves,2 cm cinamon,1 anise,2 cardamons.
Seasonings:
-10 dried chilies,3 pieces of garlics,3 pieces of unions,4 cm turmeric,1 cm ginger,a little nutmeg,1 tablespoon corander,1/4 teaspoon cumin and fennel.smooth all seasonings.
How to cook:
-mix all ingredients and smooth seasoning,then cook until half-cooked.then input vegetable marrow and cook until welldone.
