Anchovies & Blue Cheese: My New Favorite Flavor Combination

My wife is a great cook, and she often makes small pizzas on English muffins or fresh dough. I work at a pizza place, so we experiment. I love anchovies so we found an unlikely tasty pair with blue cheese. She adds pizza sauce and anchovies, tops it with blue cheese and some Parmesan cheese, and sometimes adds sliced peppers and other veggies as shown here.
