Savory rice like uduk rice cooked with coconut milk. Served with a variety of side dishes. There are beef rendang, tauco, balado egg, cotton teri and crackers.
The rice tastes of coconut milk with a slightly pera texture so that the grain of rice terrace pulen. Bribed with a slightly spicy balado egg tastes balanced savory spicy.
Rendang meat so seasoned spice-rich herbs. The texture of the meat is tender and the flavor tends to be wet. The use of cotton anchovy and crackers adds a crispy kriuk sensation to the savory rice dish.
In Aceh savory rice is known by the name bu guri. Not unlike the racikan rice rames archipelago. Rice cooked with coconut milk served with side dishes. Generally enjoyed as a breakfast menu.
