Also, how have you not eaten green olives? I highly recommend them; they taste quite different than black ones and are a great addition to many dishes.
It could be that I did taste them once and didn't like them, so my wife doesn't buy them anymore. I just don't remember having tried any. Or it could be she doesn't like them, so instead of having two kinds of olives that only one of us will be eating the other of, she buys the black olives, which I've been okay with.
Now, though, you've got me wondering just how much I've been missing out.
Oh, okay. This is a recipe. It sounded like you just threw it together and I figured it should have a name. I've done that before where I just grabbed some ingredients I liked. Didn't stop to name it, though, so I probably shouldn't be suggesting you do it to your creations, either, right? :)
