When my wife was pregnant she often asked me to make something we called Korean Breakfast. It is brown rice, bulgur, and wild rice cooked with salt and a little extra water. When the grain is tender and most of the water is gone you push down the top to make pockets and poach a couple eggs in there. We served it with chopped pickles, green onion, hot sauce, and sesame seeds.
