Ewa gunyi(yoruba beans)

Ewa gunyi is one of the sweetest way of preparing and eating beans....i am not a fan of eating beans but when it comes to ewa gunyi, i just cant resit....it could be eaten with bread, yam, plantain etc...
PREPARATION:
Put the beans in a put of water and put in alot of onion and cook till the beans is very soft. You then get a turner and match d beans together....ur ewa gunyi is ready...then u prepare a stew for it and there u go.....you enjoyyyyy!...#project20millionniaja campaignIMG_20180105_082536.jpg
