Kodiak Cakes They are simply fantastic.
Kodiak Cakes are the best pancake/waffle cake mix that I've ever tried . This pancake, waffle mix is addictive.
Not only are they packed with protein and fiber but taste great as well.
They taste like dark chocolate not like Protein Powder ,very dense and perfect for someone that is trying to watch their diet due to their high protein content! And they have delicious, gluten free pancake’s as well .One part mix and one part water, let it sit, and then cook! Couldn't be easier or tastier! This product is top tier, and some portion of your payment goes to help grizzly bears. hands down the best pancake and waffle mix ever!

Brief History
Although Baker Mills was started in 1994, our Whole Grain Flapjack Mix recipe has been a tradition that goes back generations. On a summer day in 1982, our Mom Penny decided to mix up the dry ingredients for her Grandpa’s “hot cakes” recipe to sell to friends and neighbors. She packed the mixes in brown paper lunch sacks. On the outside of each sack were the mixing and cooking instructions that she had carefully handwritten.
Once the sacks were filled, Mom loaded up her eight-year-old son Joel’s little red wagon and sent him off into the neighborhood. In no time, Joel returned home with an empty wagon having sold each mix. Neighbors often requested more of the flapjack mix, but Mom decided her venture was a little premature and focused instead on raising her five children.
Twelve years later in the summer of 1994 Penny urged her son Jon, Joel’s older brother, to help her start a company. Jon modified the original mix making it an “add water only”, preparing Kodiak Cakes Whole Grain Flapjack & Waffle Mix for market. Today, younger brother Joel is the owner of Baker Mills and runs it with the same principles upon which it was founded—using only the finest and most wholesome ingredients available.
