I really feel very down sometimes and feel like struggling to breath . Everyone one of us do experience such situations by work stress .The above mentioned ways to rejuvenate us are really awesome . Being a Biotechnologist I could understand the molecular constituents of every food . The only thing that helps me at the times of stress is 'HOT MILK' . I close my eyes and enjoy every drop of it . It really helps me to remove the fatigue . Thanks for sharing all the food :) . Loads of love to you .
