Receta de comida Caldo vegetal

Ingredientes:

1 cucharada de lentejas remojadas
1 cucharada de garbanzos remojados
2 zanahorias
1 puñadito de judías blancas remojadas
2 patatas medianas
1 nabo
1 puerro
2 litros de agua
Sal al gusto
Elaboración del Caldo vegetal:

En primer lugar, limpiamos las hortalizas y las cortamos en trozos grandes.
Una vez limpias las añadimos en una olla junto con las legumbres, las bañamos con dos litros de agua y sazonamos.
A continuación tapamos la olla (preferiblemente olla a presión), cuando comience a hervir, regulamos la válvula y dejamos cocer durante 20 minutos.
Una vez transcurrido el tiempo de cocción, retiramos la olla del fuego, esperamos a que pierda la presión para evitar accidentes y la destapamos, procediendo a colar el caldo antes de emplearlo.
Puedes añadir algún otro ingrediente, como por ejemplo una cebolla, hay muchas variantes, tantas como gustos.

Es estupendo para tomarlo en un tazón con unos fideos para entrar en calor en estos días de invierno, también con algunos trocitos de las hortalizas con las que se ha preparado o incluso guardarlo para utilizarlo en otras recetas. Siempre será mejor y más natural que un concentrado.
