Vegan Recipe Chocolate Cupcake (No butter, eggs or milk)
for those who don't know what vegan, is kind of vegetarian who takes a very strict diet, i.e., is a person who does not consume any products of animal origin such as meat from chicken, pork, beef, fish, or any food in which animals are involved for their production, such as eggs, dairy products and honey.
1 Cup and ¼ of wheat flour.
1/3 Cup of cocoa powder.
1 Cup of sugar.
1/3 Cup of oil.
1Cup of warm water.
1 teaspoon of vinegar.
1 teaspoon of common salt.
1 teaspoon of powder baking.
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.

2 Bowls.
Wooden paddle

Preparation:
- the first step is to place the solid ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix with the palette.
2 then heat the water until it is warm (this is necessary so that they can dissolve the ingredients properly).
3 proceed to add water in a bolw and then each of the liquid ingredients: oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
- Add solids mixture slowly to bolw containing liquids, and go mixing with palette support; by outflanking (avoiding the water cools because lumps are formed).
- when mixture has a proper consistency, serve in the mold to cover ¾ parts of each cupcake mould.
6 bake for 35-45 min over medium heat. Remove mold with caution to avoid burns and let cool before eating.
Note: this mixture can also be used to make cakes or pastries, so other previously floured mold would be used. This amount of ingredients serves to make 12 cupcakes.
