Bake fish in this special style
Method :
Fry the pan for the Indian frying pan
Marinate the pieces of fish for 1-2 hours with lemon juice, red chili powder, garlic-ginger paste and salt.
Coagulate the pisses well with any of the semolina / rice flour / grade crumbles. Fry it deep or shale.
Serve pan fried fish with lentils / rice, bread or steam rice.
