I made a Pizza Frittata with @dewallen

The start of a basic day on tour would be to wake up crack open a cold beer and to cooking, so that's what we did!!!

So a pizza frittata is pretty simple, you cook, stack and grill.

What will we be cooking stacking and grilling?

Ingredients:

A pizza base
Onions
Peppadews
Spinach
Bacon/Gammon
Eggs
Milk
Cheese
Tomato sauce for pizza base.
Tomatoes

Firstly we need to cook any ingredients that take longer or you want a different flavor. So I fried the onions and gammon to get a nice crunch and brown the onions.

Then, lets stack, Firstly the pizza base (the pan is on low heat as I stack to start cooking the pizza base at the bottom). Then if you remember, on goes the tomato base sauce (We forgot so we chucked it on top afterwards hahaha).

Next layer half of the spinach, peppadews and gammon.

Then pre mix your egg and milk and pour over everything in the pan.

Next add tomatoes, follow by half the cheese. Then repeat with the other half of toppings and half of cheese. Season with salt, pepper and origanum and pop into the oven on grill until the egg has set and enjoy!!!!

As always breakfast/brunch was followed with some more board games hahahaha
