You would be surprised at how good you can actually make this with some good beans and mushrooms in place of meat. I make a ton of vegan recipes too, actually have not made a video on Vegan Chili yet. I will make one for our youtube channel this week and post the recipe here.
Ohhhh yaassss -- a vegan chili recipe would be awesome and trying the mushroom options sounds bomb. Thanks for the tip!
