Edikan Ikong Soup.
Ingredients includes :
Vegetable leaf, popularly known as Ugwu
Water Leaf
Dry or fresh Fish
Meat
Nfi. also known as periwinkle
Pepper,
Seasoning cubes
Palm oil
Salt
Process :
After preparing you fish, Steaming your meat, slicing the leaves, and preparing other ingredients,
Your water leaf goes into the pot first.
Afterwards, the oil, the steamed fish, meat, pepper, washed Nfi, Maggi, onion, and crayfish, and allowed to cook for a few minutes.
Lastly, your Vegetable leaf goes in, and down goes the pot from the fire.
Your Edikan Ikong soup is ready.
