chiken teriyaki
Chicken Teriyaki a la Hokben
Ingredients
3 servings
250 gr chicken chest, fillet
1 onion clover
3 cloves garlic geprek chopped
1 tbsp margarine / butter
Insufficient leeks
Salt taste
Soaking material:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Salt taste
To taste pepper
Step
30 minutes
Mix all marinades. Enter the chicken already dipfetet. Soak at least 15 minutes (if I, I put in the refrigerator so that the seasoning can be pervasive perfect)
Chopped onions and garlic. Heat oil and stir fry until fragrant.
Enter the chicken with marinade, give 1 tbsp butter and a little water (if you want a bit berkuah). Cook until the water shrinks. Check the flavors.
Before appointment add sliced green onions. Stir well until slightly wilted.
Remove and serve with warm rice
