Kekhasan bu prang (nasi perang) terletak pada kemasan, porsi, dan lauknya. Sementara kenikmatannya tergantung pada cara kita menyantapnya. Paduan nasi gurih berbalut daun pisang membuat cita rasa dan aroma bu prang tak perlu diragukan lagi.
Namun, alangkah kurang klop rasanya kalau bu prang disantap dengan sendok -bukan dengan tangan-, apalagi tanpa ditemani segelas kopi. hmm
