Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients:
Spaghetti 200 grams
bacon 200 grams
garlic 1 tablespoon
onion 2 tablespoons
eggs 2
egg yolk 1
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
olive oil or butter 3 tablespoons
pasta boiling water 1 cup
salt to taste and parsley to taste.
Method:
Take more water in a large pan. Boil the spaghetti with a little salt.
Place the pan in which you will cook the spaghetti on the stove. Add butter or oil. Add garlic. When the garlic is slightly fried, add onion and bacon.
When fried, add the boiled spaghetti. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat well. Mix the beaten eggs with the hot water in which the pasta was boiled. Keep stirring quickly so that the eggs do not curdle when adding the hot water.
Now add the egg mixture, Parmesan cheese and pepper powder to the pasta. Stir well and mix.
When the water is absorbed, add the chopped parsley. Serve hot.
