1 tsp (hydrated) Soda

160 gr Flour
400 g Sour cream 25%
3-4 tablespoons sugar (or powdered sugar)
In a bowl, break 2 eggs, put 200 grams of sugar, grate it well, infuse 250 ml of kefir, add a little salt, put 1 tsp. soda, we extinguish it with vinegar, we mix everything.
Add the dried ground bird cherry 60 gr, can be replaced with cocoa, add 160 g of sifted flour and mix whisk, until uniform, so that there is no lumps. The dough is divided into 3 parts.
The form is lubricated with oil, poured out the third part of the dough, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, we check the readiness with a wooden skewer. So we bake 3 skin.
The crusts are ready to prepare the cream. Put in a bowl 400 gr Sour cream fat 25%, add 3-4 tablespoons. sugar powder and mix the whisk, the cream is ready. We collect the cake. We pour chocolate icing.
