Curd-yoghurt casserole in the oven
cottage cheese 500 g
berries (frozen or fresh) 200-300 g
yoghurt 200 g
eggs 2 pcs.
flour ¼ cup
sugar 6 tablespoons
vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
butter (for lubricating the mold)
maple syrup (liquid honey)
Heat the oven.
Beat eggs, cottage cheese, sugar until smooth.
Add yogurt, vanilla essence. Beat. Pour the flour, beat until homogeneous. Must be a lush mass.
Put the berries in the dough. Mix gently. If the berries are frozen, do not defrost.
Smear the molds with butter. Spread the mass into molds.
Send for 40 minutes in the oven.
Dip the berries in maple syrup or liquid honey. Decorate the casserole.
