Curd cheese with chocolate filling
Children like cheese, bought in the store. Why not please them with a natural product cooked at home? From such bars will not refuse and adults.
cottage cheese 200 g
chocolate 80 g
Butter 30 g
2 tablespoons sugar powder
sugar vanilla 1 sachet
caramel (jam or coconut chips)
Melt any chocolate on a water bath. Lubricate the molds with a silicone brush. Put the forms in the freezer for five or ten minutes. If you get "gaps" - once again apply chocolate and return the molds to the freezer.
Cottage cheese grind with sugar powder, soft butter and vanilla.
Remove the molds, fill the resulting mass with a third of the volume, put in the center filling: jam, caramel or coconut shavings.
Fill the containers with a curd mixture to the top, top with chocolate and then put it back in the refrigerator. Serve the bars cold.
