Ingredients:
1/2 Liter of Oil, if it is olive better, if not, the one you have at home
1 or 2 whole eggs at room temperature (Depends on the amount of mayonnaise you want)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 touch of mustard (Optional)

Preparation:
Take the glass of the blender and serve the 2 whole eggs, liquefy until it begins to turn whitish, once the eggs are colored we will serve the oil, this without stopping the blender, as you add the oil it will begin to Wait, add the salt and the teaspoon of vinegar and let all the ingredients mix well.

If you want to add a touch of mustard you can add it just after the vinegar, it's a matter of taste.

When you have a homogeneous mixture, turn off the blender and let it stand.

Take a dry airtight container and pour the mayonnaise, the tapas and let it rest, then refrigerate.

This mixture can be kept for a few days, it does not last long, since bacteria like salmonella are activated because it contains raw eggs.
