Damp Balado Beef
Ingredients
500 grams of lean beef
7 cloves of garlic, puree
Sufficient salt & pepper powder
Sufficient lime juice
Chilli sauce:
3 large red peppers
15 pieces of red curly pink
15 pieces of red chili (taste)
15 shallots
Step
Slice the meat as thick as 1 cm then marinate dg garlic, pepper powder & salt. Stand for 15 minutes. Boil water and put meat, then boil until water runs out and meat tender.
After that fry the flesh for a while, please do not dry, drain.
Boil spice only briefly, then ulek / blender roughly. Then saute dg grease residual frying meat, enter salt, sugar & lime juice. Avoid the taste test yaa.Masak until spice is really "ripe.
After that put the meat into chilli sauce, mix well. So dehhh 👌
