Home-made chocolate cake with MOM

in #food7 years ago

Annyeong steemians! IT'S SUMMER AND 2 MONTHS WITHOUT CLASS! My mother attends cookery and baking classes and she learned how to bake chocolate cake! My dad bought oven and sent it home. My mom was very excited to use it so we decided to make our very own chocolate cake!

Taddaaaaaaa! But anyway, Im gonna tell you how we made the chocolate cake.

So we had butter, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda ang baking powder, vanilla, flour, eggs, milk and... I think that's all.

First, we mixed the butter and sugar together.

Then, we added the eggs.

And my favorite part, adding the cocoa powder. When you add the powder, you can really smell the chocolatey scent.

Next is adding the milk, mixing it and later on, adding flour, then 20180410_122823.jpgthe baking soda ang baking powder.

Mix it all together and bualaaaaah!

We put it in the oven and I think it was there for 30 minutes? I forgot hahahaha

And here it is! I want to put some frosting on it but it's tiring hahahahahahahaha. Maybe next time, gonna put some frosting on it.

That's all for today! Til we meet again pals.

Remember me?
I was expecting to see a better progress. Don't be upset, you can still grow nicely here. You just need to grow your network. Look, I can connect you with two of my friends @missdeli and @alexandraioana26.

You can get a little inspiration from them and their articles in general.
Don't be disappointed and keep posting. Don't leave things like this, like you did with the frosting. When you do something, do it all the way.

Frosting and especially Steemit I am talking about! Go Nikki! :D

As a steemian that creates articles on food, I think your post is ok. But what's really missing are some photos of your final result. I wanna see how this cake looks like when its completely done. And it seems ike you skiped that part. But is ok, you'll do it next time.
What you did good, congrats for that...is that you took photos step-by-step and gave as an idea of the whole process.
This is my advice for you! And like @alexdori, said, keep posting! Try to give the best of you, I promise that your work will be appreciated! So. Keep Steeming and Create your own original articles :)
