How much is too much ?
Living on the coastal belt , we're gifted. Endless shorelines and amazing sea food! Walk into any household here( unless they are vegetarians ofcourse )and you could sit down for a meal inclusive of rice , vegetables cooked with coconut and some spicy fish - cooked many ways !
But , You'd want to nap after you're done😋
