Eggs stuffed with shrimps
Delicious tender appetizer.
4 eggs
150 gr of shrimps
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
salt and pepper
Eggs boil, put under cold water, cleaned.
Cut eggs in half. Remove the yolk. Rub it on the grater. Mix with
mayonnaise. Squeeze the garlic and add to the yolks.
Pour the crumbs with milk and mix with the yolks. Add greens, peppers and salt.
Boil the prawns and finely chop. Mix the shrimps with yolks and fill
this mass with proteins.
Put on top of the filling a little butter and put for 10 minutes in
the oven, heated to 180 C.
