Cheese balls with olives
Balls of cream or curd cheese with stuffed olives. Quick in
preparation a festive snack, which can be prepared in advance. What
more could you wish for? A good holiday and a cheerful mood! Cream
cheese can be bought ordinary, such as Philadelphia, and can be with
herbs or garlic.
400 g of cream cheese
200 g can of stuffed olives
1/2 tsp. Spicy Salt
1 1/2 cups of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
Mix (with a fork, mixer or in a combine) - cream cheese (preferably
room temperature), spicy salt and 2 tbsp. spoon the pickle from the
olives. Place in the fridge so that the mass hardens a little, for 20
minutes.
Get out of the refrigerator, glue every olive with a mass (it is
better to dry the olive quickly with a napkin), so that it does not
look at all and roll in a nut crumb. Put it back in the refrigerator.
Before serving, cut each ball into halves and place on the serving
dish with a cut upward. Cut a lighter knife with a notch and wipe the
knife with a napkin after each cut.
