Why am I fat?
This is the question a lot of people are asking, many don't really know what to do about their weight, below are some helpful tips :
*junk food:
Intake or high consumption of junk food can increase the calories of one's body, due to the fact that almost 80percents of these food contain carbohydrates(flour) and beef.
Working out:
A lot of people are so lazy and deliberately refuses to exercise. They see it as stress which they are not prepared for. Exercise reliefs and strengths the muscles. It is a good therapy for healthy muscles.
Overfeeding:
Some people just don't know when to say no or stop eating and this is a very bad habit. It is equivalent to making food your Idol.
Gene/inheritance:
Some fats are natural and inherited. Your parents being fat can also make you fat.

How can I reduce:
Fatness limits one in so many ways e.g sports, endurance, smartness e.t.c.

*seat ups
