CHOCOLATE CAKE
Hello community steemit I come to present you a super economic and tasty recipe, given the day to day of Venezuelans we had to engineer it and this has been one of the results, I hope you do the test and tell me how I stay
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 milk chocolate (not bitter)
- 1 cup of butter
Preparation:
- First we must light the oven and place it to preheat to 175º C
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave little by little, so that it does not pass the time, this will be done together with the butter.
- Mix the 6 eggs in a large bowl at the highest power until they get a creamy texture, this process takes about 8 minutes
- While stirring go adding the chocolate with the butter, by spoonfuls (little by little)
- When joining or integrating all this will remain as a mixture of mousse or pudding, place the mixture in a mold previously lined with butter.
- Take to the oven and wait 30 minutes
Tips: The mixture in its cooking moment will rise and then it will fall because it does not have flour that gives it strength, so it is advisable to turn off the oven, open the door and leave the cake inside for 10 minutes.
