Dietary eclairs 😉
For a long time did not make cakes. I got to the eclairs. I did it for the first time and it turned out delicious. You can make a cream for your taste.
25 g Wholemeal flour
35 g Rice flour
1 piece Egg
5 g Olive oil
200 ml Water
0,5ч.л Stevia
For cream:
150 g Curd
60 g Banana
100 ml of milk
1ch.L Corn starch
Glaze:
20 g Bitter chocolate (I have 99%)
Milk (it will be necessary to add as it solidifies)
Prepare the dough. Pour the water into a saucepan and add oil. As soon as the water boils, gently pour the flour and stevia. Mix well. The consistency of dough should resemble a very thick porridge. Let's leave the dough cool.
Once the dough is cold, break the egg into it and mix it. Dough put in a bakery bag or bag. For baking, I took a silicone rug so that the eclairs did not stick. Evenly distribute the dough on the rug at a distance of at least 2 cm from each other. Bake for 45 minutes at 180C.
Once the eclairs are ready, take them out and let them cool down. Better on the grate, as the evaporation on the plate eclairs become wet.
While the eclairs are cooling down, prepare the curd cream. All the ingredients put in a blender and chop.
We take a bag and a nozzle for the filling. The cream is put in a bag and filled with eclairs.
Cooking the glaze. Chocolate is drowned in a water bath. Add milk and stevia and mix well until a thick cream. Since the glaze quickly solidifies, you need to quickly distribute it to eclairs using a brush. As you solidify, pour the milk into the glaze. Eclairs are ready
