Assalamualaikum moms, just sharing a simple side dish that can eat rice #SAMBALTEMPETERI (BALADO TEMPE TERI) moreover there is an additional pete hemm..maknyuss really
🍒 material:
1 board tempeh cut to taste 1/2 dry fried
50 gr / 1 handheld anchovies wash thoroughly fried until dry
1 split board 2
🍒 Season:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
Red chili + cayenne to taste
1 geprek galangal finger segment
1 tomato
2 bay leaves
1 sheet of orange leaf
1 segment of brown sugar finger fine comb
Salt + sugar to taste
Flavoring (optional)
🍒Cooking method:
🔸ulek smooth onion duo + chili duo.
🔸tumis smooth spices + galangal geprek, orange leaves, bay leaves until fragrant.
Ambahkan add enough water (1/2 cup), add salt, granulated sugar, brown sugar and flavoring mix even the taste correction.
🔸Put the bananas + fried tempe stir stir well until the bananas wither.
