Spain, a fantastic gastronomic experience #1
Hello my friends and Happy Friday!
When I was living in Italy, I learnt a lot about its fabulous food and how to enjoy it!
And I must say that the spanish cuisine is excellent and surprising as well!
I'm in Northern Spain and today I had the most delicious lunch.
In Spain the octopus is one of their traditional foods, so I chose from the menu the risotto with octopus and seaweed, and the delicious crunchy vegetables.
The antipasto was yummy as well but, I was so hungry and I couldn't take a photo! :D It was marinated scallops.
The dessert was so fresh and light, and to finish: - Un espresso, per favore?!
