Torched Lemon Meringue Cake

I made my fiance a torched lemon meringue cake and it came out so well!

The recipe wasn't my own, I got it from here: http://thecakeblog.com/2015/03/lemon-meringue-cake.html

But that is my photo, and after tasting it, I can definitely say it tastes even better than it looks!

      Thanks! It was much easier than I expected. The whole project took two and half hours (3 if you include clean up).
