fish with red pepper ( aceh: eungkot teusambai)
hi all ... today I will share recipes, simple but very tasty indeed. let's start cooking:
Ingredients:
- 12 red pepper, 3 onions, 1 garlic, and tomatoes.
- fish
- 3 tablespoon cooking oil
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoon sugar
How to cook:
- fish fry until lightly browned
- puree seasoning on top
- prepare a pan and pour 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- insert subtle flavor
- add the water
- if it is boiling, add salt and sugar and mix well
- if it is ripe, enter the fish that are deep fried and stir
- fish with red pepper ready to be eaten.
