Learn about the world of #fungi cultivation at #Slapes Mushroom House.
In  this workshop you will learn about various ways to grow your own   #gourmet and #medicinal mushrooms at home; providing you with #fresh,  nutrient rich and great tasting mushrooms.

#Mushrooms can be used in various applications and are great for turning materials from #waste streams into #food and #soil.

During this workshop you will develop sound skills and knowledge that  you can apply in #residential #backyards, #hobby #farms, #schools and   #community #gardens.

You  will also learn about the powerful ways in which mushrooms can help our   #environment through relationships and #bioremediation.

With  a high focus on practical application, each student will undertake  hands on experience using specialised tools, materials and products and  put mushroom #cultivation methods into practice. You will also take home  some products of the practical activities made on the day and additional  supplies to take home and apply your new skills in your own garden.  Supplies provided for home use are valued at approximately $110.

This unique workshop only has room for 10 participants, so if you’re interested, be sure to reserve your place right away!
